1. Using the service
These terms apply to the public PromptNivo website and its creative tools. Use the site responsibly and contact [email protected] if you have a question. The service offers limited free use without a public user account. Features, models, capacity and limits may change.
2. Content you submit
Only submit images and text you have permission to use and send for AI processing. Do not submit unlawful material, confidential credentials or content that violates another person's rights. Do not interfere with the service, circumvent quotas or use automated requests that overload shared capacity.
You allow the service and its AI provider to process the material solely as needed to fulfil your tool request. Submitting material does not transfer ownership of your original work to PromptNivo. See the privacy policy for information handling.
3. Review AI output
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive or unsuitable for your purpose. Image descriptions may identify a subject incorrectly. Text rewriting may change a fact or intended meaning. Check facts, names, rights and other important details before publishing or using a result.
No result guarantees originality, copyright clearance, search ranking, AI detector results or acceptance by another service. For legal, medical or other high-stakes decisions, obtain appropriate professional advice rather than relying on a generated draft.
4. Images and vectors
An SVG is a design starting point, not a production-ready 3D model or guaranteed cutting file. Inspect dimensions, geometry and compatibility before manufacturing or commercial use. Metadata added to an image is descriptive information, not proof of ownership or a guarantee of search engine visibility.
Check whether your inputs and intended use comply with applicable intellectual property rights and the terms of any third-party software you use.
5. Availability
The tools depend on shared resources and an external AI provider. Generation can be delayed or unavailable, and daily limits can pause access. Save results you want to keep. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular output quality.
6. Third-party services and changes
External products and links follow their own terms. Mentioning a product does not imply a partnership or endorsement. We may update these terms as the service changes. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
