Privacy Policy
How information is handled when you use PromptNivo.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
1. Scope and contact
This policy describes information handled by PromptNivo at promptnivo.com. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected]. Services linked from this site have their own policies.
2. Images, text and generated results
When you request AI generation, the image or text you submit, together with your selected options, is transmitted to Cloudflare Workers AI for processing. An image may be resized or otherwise prepared before it is sent. The application handles the request and returns the result without writing your image, draft or generated output to its persistent storage. This does not mean that infrastructure providers process no technical information.
The image metadata download is processed by the application without requesting AI generation. It adds descriptive metadata to the downloaded image; it does not publish your image on the website. If you share that file, its metadata may be visible to the recipient. Review existing metadata, including any location information, before sharing an image.
Use material you have permission to process. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information or confidential documents. Copy or download results you want to keep; the public tools do not provide a saved history.
3. Usage limits and technical information
To enforce free daily limits, the application derives a pseudonymous identifier from the visitor IP address using a secret keyed hash. The quota database stores that identifier, the date and a usage count, rather than the raw IP address or your submitted content. The identifier is not an anonymous guarantee and can remain the same across days. Records older than seven days are removed during subsequent usage checks; cleanup can be delayed when no requests occur.
Network and hosting services necessarily process technical data such as IP addresses, request details and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Technical access or error logs may also exist separately from the quota database. We do not claim that all providers have the same retention period. Cloudflare describes its processing in its privacy policy.
4. Website statistics
Our SitePilot statistics record aggregated page views, estimated entry visits, page paths, referring website hostnames, country, broad device category and page loading time. These statistics help us understand which tools people use and whether the site is working.
The statistics script does not set analytics cookies, store a visitor identifier in your browser or use fingerprinting. Query strings and URL fragments are excluded. Raw IP addresses are not saved in the analytics database, although an incoming address is used for short-lived abuse protection. The script respects the browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Aggregated traffic records are retained for approximately 90 days while scheduled cleanup is running. Aggregate Google Search Console reports may also be imported to understand search visibility and search terms; they are not linked to an individual visitor's tool inputs. Google advertising reports may be imported to monitor aggregate advertising performance.
5. Google advertising and cookies
PromptNivo uses Google AdSense advertising code. Advertising partners, including Google, may use cookies to select and measure ads based on visits to this website and other websites. Google's advertising cookies can allow Google and its partners to personalize advertising across participating sites, where permitted by your choices and applicable requirements.
Where a consent message is presented, use its controls to accept, reject or manage the available purposes and partners. You can revisit the advertising privacy controls displayed on the site when available. You can also manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center, and find options for participating third-party vendors through AboutAds. Browser settings let you manage or remove cookies, although doing so does not replace every advertising preference.
Read how Google uses information from partner sites and Google's privacy policy. Advertising and consent services have their own data practices, including possible processing outside your country. This privacy page does not load advertising or consent-message scripts so you can read it directly.
6. Contact messages
If you email us, the receiving mailbox contains the address and information you choose to send. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards incoming messages to the operator's mailbox, and the receiving email provider also processes them. We use messages to answer enquiries, investigate problems and handle relevant requests. Messages are kept while needed for that purpose and any applicable obligations; no fixed automatic deletion schedule is promised.
7. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit content, use available advertising consent controls and adjust browser privacy settings. Depending on where you live and the information concerned, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact us to explain your request. You may also contact your local data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.
We cannot identify a particular person's browsing activity from aggregate statistics alone. Some requests may require additional context, and information processed independently by a provider may require contacting that provider.
8. Updates
We may update this policy when the tools or data practices change. The date above identifies the version currently published. For questions, use our contact page.
